Products must be used only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable privacy and surveillance laws. Safe-Track 360 supplies GPS hardware and related services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted satellite, mobile network or internet connectivity.

Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and excludes misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised modifications and normal wear. Customers are responsible for correct installation, SIM management and routine maintenance. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

Customer Protection Commitment

We are committed to transparent pricing, honest product information, responsive customer service and fair complaint handling. Where a verified manufacturing defect exists during the warranty period, we will repair, replace or otherwise resolve the issue in accordance with our warranty policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
